Abstract

The digital transformation of Morocco's financial institutions poses regulatory challenges, particularly in data privacy and AML. This paper advocates for integrating RegTech solutions to enhance compliance processes. Automating tasks improves efficiency and oversight, while aligning digital strategies with regulations is crucial. Collaboration among compliance, IT, and business teams fosters adherence to standards. Case studies highlight successful navigation of these challenges, emphasizing that effective compliance and innovation can coexist for sustainable growth in Morocco's financial sector.
